Fresno Teen Summit 2017

On March 25 over 350 youth leaders and adult allies will come together to develop strategies to improve their communities. Please help to make this year’s Fresno Teen Summit a success! In order to assure that all youth can attend for free and can be fed throughout the day, we are working to fundraise the final $1000 for this event.

If you are a youth and you want to attend, register here for the Fresno Teen Summit.

The Fresno Teen Summit Planning Committee is excited to announce the upcoming 2017 Fresno Teen Summit. This year’s theme is, You-topia: Unity Starts With You. In an effort to attract youth to the summit and to ensure that the event remain youth focused, youth leaders from Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) Friday Night Live, have teamed up with adult allies to plan every aspect of the event. The summit will include a keynote presentation, various informational booths, and workshops on key topics impacting teens. The goal of the summit is to provide youth with a broader perspective on issues that impact their lives and allow them the opportunity to contribute solutions to any challenges they may be facing. Our hope is to provide them with the motivation and resources to make healthy decisions and choices.

The Summit will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 8:00am to 3:00pm at Edison High School and will be open to all high school students in the City of Fresno, and Friday Night Live members. This event is FREE to all attendees and will include breakfast, lunch and a t-shirt. Various raffle prizes will also be given away during lunch and at the end of the summit. Students will have the opportunity to register for the event at Edison High School or online.
