Joninna Simpson is a financial and management professional with experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. After graduating from business school, she worked for the Association of Tennis Professionals, organizing professional tennis events around the country, and then as an independent computer consultant for nonprofits and small businesses. Since moving to San Francisco over 25 years ago, she has been an executive director of a nonprofit and worked with many nonprofit organizations, both as a consultant and a staff member, in the areas of finance, operations and board governance. She has served as a board member, board chair and treasurer of an independent school and was the founding board chair of d.tech high school.
Joninna has a B.A. from Williams College, an M.B.A. from Boston University and is the mother of three daughters.
