Zyanna started her journey of empowering youth voice in 2014 with the kNOw Youth Media. She started off as a youth journalist and moved on up to mentor by her senior year of high school at Edison.
Zyanna’s goal now is to be the best Program Coordinator she can be. yli gave her the opportunity to work with young people through Mobilizing Youth to Nix Tobacco (MYNT) and the Friday Night Live programs! Zyanna’s goal is to empower not only the young people around her but also the community of Fresno!
