In honor of the December spirit of giving, community-building, and celebration, on December 7th YLI Fresno opened the doors of their beautiful home for a Holiday Open House Fundraiser. The successful event drew community members, youth development supporters, and youth participants alike in holiday festivities such a bunelos and holiday ornament making.
Adult allies also had the opportunity to engage the extraordinary youth activists from throughout the Central Valley, who are the driving force behind indispensable projects such as Friday Night Live and the Boys and Men of Color Campaign. YLI’s guests also had the pleasure of listening to Winnie, a youth leader with an incredible story who has been part of the YLI family for 5 years and counting. Read more about Winnie’s story here.
