Young People For (YP4) The Young People For (YP4) Fellowship is a long-term leadership development program that identifies, engages, and empowers the newest generation of progressive leaders to create lasting change in their communities. Throughout the one year Fellowship, Fellows are offered training, technical support, and media assistance as they implement a self-designed community project called a Blueprint for Social Justice.
