Longqi was born and raised in China. She pursued her undergraduate education in South Korea, majoring in Business Administration. Driven by a desire to create positive social change, Longqi moved to the United States to further her education in Social Entrepreneurship, aiming to combine business operations with social impact.
Longqi initially gained valuable experience in the hospitality accounting sector, then transitioned to an accounting firm, where she had the opportunity to work with clients in the education, nonprofit, and tech industries. As yli’s Senior Accountant, Longqi supports statewide programs by processing payroll, managing 403(b) benefits, monitoring expenses, reallocating costs, and submitting invoices to funders.
Outside of her professional life, Longqi enjoys spending her free time gardening. She finds satisfaction in nurturing plants and witnessing their growth.
