She has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Amazon, Upwork, and high-growth AI companies, where she has led $300M+ P&Ls, scaled multi-sided platforms serving millions of users, and built product organizations operating at enterprise and frontier scale. Her work spans global learning platforms, talent marketplaces, large-scale search and discovery systems, and enterprise AI infrastructure supporting frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she has led AI-native product transformation—shifting organizations from services-led execution to platform-led growth, rebuilding core product architecture, and driving the operational discipline required to scale in high-growth environments. Beyond her operating roles, Apurva advises early-stage AI and education technology companies and founded a SaaS teacher marketplace now used by school districts across the country. She is particularly passionate about how AI reshapes access, opportunity, and decision-making—and ensuring the next generation has a meaningful voice in the systems being built today.
