Friday Night Live California Youth Council (CYC) accepts two Fresno County FNL Leaders to represent Fresno County at the Sate Level. Nicole Lee, leader from Roosevelt High School FNL and Youth Advocacy Leadership League (YALL) serves as a representative on the Council from 2019 -2020. Lily Vang, leader from Sunnyside High School FNL and Youth Advocacy Leadership League (YALL) serves as a representative on the Council From 2019 -2020.
