October 17, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Recent wildfires have devastated our Coastside communities, and climate change makes wildfire events like these worse. We can work together to reduce the emissions that lead to climate change. The County climate plan and the City of Half Moon Bay CAAP will set goals and strategies to reduce the pollution that causes climate change and increase the quality of life for all residents and build a more sustainable community across the coastside.

Do you have something to say or want to learn about renewable energy, water conservation, public transportation, recycling and composting, and resilient agriculture and how that all relates to the future of our county? We want to invite all young people to let us know how this climate plan can improve their lives and protect their future!

Join us to hear and share knowledge with local high-school age students who are motivated to hear your thoughts as well!

Register and attend, and you will be eligible for a raffle prize!

This workshop is open to the general public. There is no age range or restriction for you to attend and share your ideas.
