Bailey is VP People at EvenUp and CEO of Second Principles, her operations consultancy. Previously, she was Vice President of People Operations at Mode and worked in various strategy, finance and human resources roles in the tech and financial services industries.
Bailey is active in the Bay Area community and is a member of the Town and Country Club and Berkeley City Club.
Previously, she served as President of Spinsters of San Francisco, and received their inaugural Patricia Tobin Legacy Award. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of San Francisco Bay, a member of the Oasis for Girls Advisory Board and president of the Alpha Phi Sorority San Francisco Alumnae Chapter.
