Kaitlin Ketchum is a publishing professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as editorial director at Ten Speed Press, a nonfiction imprint of Penguin Random House. She has acquired and edited eight New York Times bestsellers and specializes in illustrated books on art, pop culture, science, social justice, history, and self-improvement, as well as graphic novels. She is the co-chair of the Penguin Random House LGBTQ+ network and has served as a mentor with Representation Matters, a mentorship program for BIPOC young people interested in working in the publishing industry. She lives in Oakland, CA.
