Kody Stoebig grew up in Visalia, California and began her youth advocacy work in 2014 as a mentor with The kNOw Youth Media, now a program of yli. Kody quickly moved from part-time to full-time staff and became The kNOw’s Program Manager & Editor in 2017. In this role, she excelled in graphic design and social media and led The kNOw in providing young people with the tools they need to tell their stories and the stories of their communities.
Since then, Kody has moved on to become yli’s Communications Manager. In this role, she uses her passion for graphic design to partner with yli youth and amplify their work in local campaigns, print and digital publications, and statewide work. She also supports our Training & Consulting Services team in creating impactful workshops that exemplify yli’s values.
Kody graduated with a degree in Communication: Media and Film from Fresno Pacific University and was a part of the inaugural Fusion Rise Up: Be Heard fellowship program in 2016.
