Laura Harmon (she/her) has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years across multiple industries including Consumer Products, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and currently, Furniture/Design. She has significant experience specializing in Talent Management including the holistic employee experience, employee engagement, retention and performance management.
Laura grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and is a proud graduate of Elizabeth High School. She attained her BA from Seton Hall University and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Laura is very passionate about empowering young adults to connect with their purpose and make meaningful impacts in their communities and the world.
