Pau has been with yli for nine years. She started off as a Program Coordinator and then Program Manager in the Eastern Coachella Valley. As grants manager, she leads the process of prospecting, writing and submitting grants. Similar to an orchestra conductor, she works across sites ensuring that program teams have the tools they need to submit successful proposals and that it all comes together harmoniously.
In 2017, Pau was one of 20 emerging nonprofit leaders chosen to participate in the Next Generation Leaders of Color Inland Region, a year-long leadership development program. In 2019, she obtained a professional certificate in nonprofit management from the University of California, Riverside.
Pau is proudly Queer and Neurodivergent. She is passionate about using her talents to create an equitable and safe society for all. Pau is based in Southern California where she lives with her partner and cat.
