Richard has been serving for over 15 years as the Chief Financial Officer for The Utility Reform Network (TURN), a nonprofit organization that stands up to publicly traded utility companies in California. Richard has served on several boards, including Positive Resource Center and Mental Health Association of San Francisco, as well as running an annual bowling tournament, the San Francisco Golden Gate Classic. In addition to yli, Richard serves as the Treasurer for LGBT Wednesday Night Community League.
