Gender Justice at yli

At yli, are practicing Gender Justice by:

  • Honoring the use and communication of pronouns in staff and program meetings
  • Building female-identified and LGBTQ+ representation on our board, including our CEO who identifies as nonbinary

Our areas of growth include:

  • Creating more gender affirming spaces and affinity groups within yli
  • Launching new gender justice program campaigns, like gender-neutral bathrooms
