In May 2021, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services partnered with 16 yli youth to test a new mental health app to help bridge the gap to services for youth 14-25 years old.
Following a series of youth focus groups, where participants shared their experiences with the new mental health app, Wysa, Help@Hand moved forward with piloting Wysa across San Mateo County. As part of the decision-making process, youth reviewed focus group feedback and prioritized recommendations.
