Kaitlin Ketchum is a publishing professional with over fourteen years of experience, currently serving as editorial director at Ten Speed Press, a nonfiction imprint of Penguin Random House. She has acquired and edited ten New York Times bestsellers and specializes in illustrated books on art, pop culture, science, social justice, history, and self-improvement, as well as graphic novels. She has served as co-chair of the Penguin Random House LGBTQ+ network and as a mentor with Representation Matters, a mentorship program for BIPOC young people interested in working in the publishing industry.
