Dismantling racism requires that we center the youth voices and the lived experiences of those who have been most marginalized through providing opportunities to lead and be heard. This workshop explores the leadership qualities and skills that are needed to promote equitable and inclusive partnerships, opportunities to examine one’s own unique leadership style and how to utilize one’s talents and skills to further racial equity and ideas for amplifying youth voice to combat racism.
